If you’re using an Online Cloud Video Maker such as DOODLY then use Audacity to record the mp3 to your computer, make the appropriate changes and from the File menu use the Export option to make a new mp3 file that you can upload for your video. Audacity will need an mp3 codec named Lame that you can Download it Here Easiest to download the zip version, unzip downloaded file and put the lame_enc.dll in the Audacity install folder. The first time you want to export an mp3, Audacity will ask you for the location and you can navigate to it and done. Next time it should find it on its own. You can also place it anywhere you find it more convenient for you.
To extend or shrink the mp3 file, load it to Audacity, Click on “Effects” on the File Menu and a few option down choose “Change Tempo”, set the length up or down in the dialog box, in seconds, ad hit OK. Save project and export the mp3 file to your computer and upload to the video site. See image below for reference.
