Successful Network Marketing - Tip Number Four
Successful network marketing is a building process. Today we will discuss two concepts that really share a lot in common; branding and providing value. Sound like opposing concepts? Keep reading. Welcome to tip number four!
When you turn on the television most of the commercials you see are all about branding. Nike’s infamous quote, “Just do it”. Allstate’s question, “Are you in good hands?” Recognize these? I bet you do.
And that’s the idea. That’s what branding is all about. Being easily recognized. Being known for something. You don’t have to come up with a catchy phrase or business name. Many people use their own name. You, inc. It works. But that’s not all there is to branding.
You see, in both of the above examples not only are they branding themselves in some way. They are also associating themselves with something of value. What does “just do it” really mean? It may mean something different to you than it does to me. But that’s the catch. It means something. Something that for many people is actually fairly profound. A simple statement, right? But a powerful message. Get out there and do it. Leave behind your fear and just do it. Take action in your life and just do it. Be who you want to be. We can help you.
When you brand yourself as someone who provides value your business will take on a whole new meaning. Instead of chasing people down you will find the tables reversed. People come to you for what they need. People look to you as the one with solutions to their problems.
Successful network marketing is a mind set more than anything. Think about it. A business that provides no value does no business. It makes sense and yet so many people do the exact opposite. Instead of trying to figure out how to sell your products or services, figure out how you are a solution to your prospect’s problems. Think about how you can enrich the lives of those around you. Give without want. You will find that by thinking in this way riches come to you instead of you seeking them out.
So, what is the message here? Brand yourself? Provide value? Well, it’s both. Brand yourself as someone who provides value. So the next question is, how do you do just that? We’ll turn to Nike for the answer to that one. Just do it! There are so many ways you can start providing value today and brand yourself in the process. Join forums relating to your field or niche and get in on the discussions. Don’t worry about making money through this, that comes later (and believe me, follow this and it will). Join a questions and answers website and answer some questions. Write an article on...I don’t know....successful network marketing. Get out there and just do it!
The bottom line is this: make yourself known as someone that provides value to others. When you have the answers you won’t need to seek out those with questions, they will find you. When your goal is to help, the world opens up to you. When you give without want you will get without need.
I hope you take this article to heart. Make that your mantra. Your business motto. Your mode of operation. Give without want.
