Successful Network Marketing - Tip Number Five

There is a lot of noise on the internet.  It’s no wonder that many people have a hard time building a successful network marketing business.  The final tip in this series is something you must understand if you truly wish to find success.  Welcome to tip number five!

We touched on this in the first part of this series.  But, let’s take a moment and review briefly what we learned.  We learned the importance of training.  Would you let a doctor with no training work on your brain?  Of course not, and the same goes with network marketing.  We talked about burnout.  How you need to focus your energies on only a few marketing strategies to really see results and only then can you expand and put more fishing poles in the water.  We talked about the importance of keywords and how everything you do is a conversation with the search engines.  Finally, we talked about branding yourself as a person of value and not as a salesperson.

So this final piece of advice is extremely important and this is the final piece of your network marketing puzzle.  It’s a simple concept with huge benefits.  You’ll notice that as you get to know me I like simplicity.  You’ve heard me say it before and I believe strongly in this.  The simple things in life are often the most profound.  It’s the little things that will make or break you.  When you go through my training you will find I like to lay things out step by step.  I don’t like burnout, I don’t like confusion.  My grandmother likes to say that you can’t run before you learn to walk.  Have you ever seen a toddler try to run before they know how to walk?  The results are usually pretty disastrous if not outright funny.

Consistency, my friends.  That’s the final piece of the puzzle.  You’ve gotten the training you need, you learned how to market and you’ve made a marketing plan.  You’ve picked a few key areas to focus on and you focus on them like a laser beam.  Now you must remain consistent.  And I know, there are days when you may not feel like doing anything.  I woke up this morning and it’s cold outside.  It’s a bit cloudy so the room is still pretty dark and oh those covers feel so darn good!  That alarm went off and you know what I wanted to do?  Roll back over and catch some more sleep.

But let me tell you, there is one thing your successful network marketing business cannot do without and that is you.  You are the glue that binds it all together.  Nothing will come if you don’t take action, and take action every single day.  Anthony Robbins says to get massive results you need massive action.  That is so very true.

Now, you may only have a few hours of laser focused action that you take every single day.  That is fine.  We are meant to enjoy ourselves.  What is a successful network marketing business if it doesn’t afford you time to have fun and relax?  But the only way you are going to build that business is if every day you take the necessary action.

So, get the training you need.  Make that marketing plan.  Decide on how you want to grow your business.  And then do it, every single day.  Being your own boss involves just that, being the boss of you.  Making a schedule and sticking by it.  Finding the motivation to do the things you need to do even when those covers are warm and the air is cold.  By staying consistent you will build a successful network marketing business.  But more importantly, by staying consistent you will have more time to do the things you love and lead the kind of life you are looking for.
